1. Acceptance of These Terms

Luck97 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including copies of national identity cards (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending completion of verification. Luck97 will never share your documents with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

3. Account Rules and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is strictly limited to one Luck97 account. Multiple accounts per player — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. If Luck97 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck97 account password and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Luck97 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact Luck97 support immediately via support@luck97.biz.

Luck97 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone. Luck97 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials voluntarily or failing to maintain reasonable security over their login information.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Luck97 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard verification. Luck97 may also close accounts at its discretion in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or where continued operation of the account would present legal or regulatory risk.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

Luck97 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on Luck97 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.

Luck97 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility. Deposits credited to your Luck97 wallet are available for betting and gameplay immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Referral Bonus

Both the referring player and the referred player must meet eligibility criteria for the bonus to be awarded. Referral bonuses are subject to the same general bonus rules above.

6. Sports and Cricket Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on Luck97 — whether for cricket, football, hockey, tennis, kabaddi, or any other sport — are final and binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet slip is correct before confirming. Luck97 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except in specific circumstances described in Section 6.3 below.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on Luck97 are updated in real time and represent the available price at the time of display. Due to the fast-moving nature of live in-play betting, the odds at the moment you tap "Confirm" may differ slightly from the odds displayed when you first viewed the market. Luck97 uses an accepted odds tolerance system — bets will be accepted if the final odds are within the tolerance range. If odds move outside the tolerance, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new price.

6.3 Match Abandoned or Postponed

If a match is abandoned before completion of the minimum required play time as defined by the relevant sport's governing body, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your Luck97 wallet. For matches postponed less than 24 hours from the original scheduled start time, bets will generally stand unless explicitly stated otherwise. Matches postponed beyond 24 hours will have their bets voided. In-play bets that have fully settled before abandonment are not affected.

6.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled on Luck97 based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In cricket, this includes results declared by the relevant cricket board. For any disputed result, Luck97 will await official confirmation before settling the market. If an error in settlement is identified, Luck97 reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time, including recovering any incorrectly paid winnings from your account balance.

7. Esports Betting Rules

Esports betting on Luck97 covers titles including PUBG Mobile, CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, League of Legends, Free Fire, and others. The following specific rules apply to esports markets in addition to the general betting rules in Section 6.

• Roster Changes: Luck97 is not responsible for the effect of undisclosed roster changes on esports bets. It is the player's responsibility to verify team compositions before placing bets.
• Technical Pauses and Restarts: If a match is paused for technical reasons and subsequently restarted from a saved state, bets on the original match stand. If a match is restarted from the beginning, in-play bets placed before the restart are voided.
• Map Vetoes: The outcome of map veto processes is not a bettable market on Luck97 and is not guaranteed to be accurate in pre-match information. Luck97 does not accept liability for bets placed based on anticipated map selections that do not materialise.
• Match Cancellation: If an esports match is cancelled before it begins for any reason, all pre-match bets are voided. If cancelled after a result on at least one map has been completed in a series, Luck97 will apply the most appropriate settlement rule as defined in the specific market terms.
• Official Results: Esports bets are settled based on results as officially confirmed by the tournament organiser. In the event of protests, appeals, or result reversals after initial settlement, Luck97 will re-settle affected markets accordingly once the organiser's final decision is confirmed.

8. Card Games and Fishing Game Rules

Luck97 offers card games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and other titles, as well as fishing games in various formats. The following rules apply to all casino-style game play on the platform.

8.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on Luck97 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and by live dealing procedures for live dealer titles. Luck97's game suppliers are certified by recognised testing agencies and the RNG certification is maintained continuously. Results are final and binding once the relevant game round concludes.

8.2 Disconnection Policy

Luck97 maintains a disconnection policy for all table and fishing games. If your internet connection drops during an active game round, the round will continue on our servers as normal. The result of the completed round will be applied to your account when you reconnect. In the event of a server-side disconnection on Luck97's end, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luck97's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, their use of the platform, or any bets or games played shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Luck97 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or winnings, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if Luck97 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Luck97 is not responsible for the reliability, availability, or performance of third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banks, card networks) and cannot be held liable for delays or errors caused by those providers. 13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
